Tree Planting has Started

We are so excited to see that the tree planting has begun at Humboldt Park. Several new trees from the spring planting can be seen east of the lagoon and near the Lilly pond. We expect to see a few more trees planted in the upcoming days to complete the spring planting schedule. 

We are looking forward to another round of new trees planned for the fall planting season as well. With the spring and fall planting, we will have come close to planting half of the 100 trees we are hoping to plant.  

We want to thank everyone who contributed to the 100 for Humboldt Tree Donation Program. Thanks to your generous support, we are adding beautiful new trees to our park. The first donors will be receiving a recognition plaque
